Bark & Wag wants every customer to be completely satisfied. If for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, just return it in "as purchased" condition within seven days. We will promptly exchange the product for another or refund the purchase price.

Bark & Wag currently ships all merchandise via US Postal Service, Priority Mail. All orders are processed promptly and most items are delivered within seven days. You will be notified of any exceptions. Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to a Wisconsin address.
